YOUR PRE-LISTING ACTION PLAN: Painting, staging, and re-arranging
Last week I talked about the seller consultation, how it works, and why it’s important (if you missed it, scroll back to find week 1)! As part of your seller consultation, I help you create your pre-listing action plan.
That means, we’ll walk through your house, I’ll ask you questions about it and from there, we’ll put a plan together of what you need to do to get your house looking it’s best!
I’ll give you ideas such as putting a fresh coat of paint on your front door to spruce it up, removing unnecessary pieces of furniture to open up a room, or adding extra lighting to brighten up a room! I’ll also give you MY action plan, what do I have in my staging inventory to make your home stand out: neutral bedding, throws, pillows, curtains, and some great accessories to instantly update your room!
PS: If you haven’t requested my free guide: Home Seller Bootcamp, make sure you do! It gives you a game plan, including when to do what. Link in the comments!
